Barstool Sports founder Dave Portnoy said “it’s a miracle” he survived after an illness forced diehard Boston sports fan to miss Game 7 of the Eastern Conference finals.
“I couldn’t get out of bed. I’m lucky that I wasn’t dead,” Portnoy said. “I was that sick… I’m lucky I’m here… I could’ve been dead.”
