Led by Dre Davis' 28 points, the Seton Hall Pirates defeated the DePaul Blue Demons 86-62. The Pirates are now 20-11 with the victory and the Blue Demons dropped to 3-28.
Davis added seven rebounds for the Pirates . Dylan Addae-Wusu scored 19 points, going 6 of 12 from the floor, including 3 for 8 from 3-point range, and 4 for 6 from the foul line. Kadary Richmond shot 3 of 9 from the field and 4 for 4 from the free-throw line to finish with 11 points, while adding three steals.
Chico Carter Jr. led the Blue Demons in scoring, finishing with 16 points. DePaul also got 12 points and two blocks from Jeremiah Oden. Elijah Fisher had 10 points and two blocks. The loss is the 19th in a row for the Blue Demons. Seton Hall took the lead with 13:02 remaining in the first half and did not give it up. The score was 35-26 at halftime, with Davis racking up 12 points. Davis scored 16 points in the second half to help lead the way as Seton Hall went on to secure a victory, outscoring DePaul by 15 points in the second half.
