A Brooklyn man was shot dead outside a seafood restaurant on Tuesday night, police reported.

The search continued Wednesday for the killer responsible for gunning down Philson Andrews, 36, of Montgomery Street near the Fun City restaurant at the corner of East 56th Street and Church Avenue in East Flatbush at about 9:33 p.m. on Jan. 10., in responding to a 911 call about the shooting, found Andrews at the intersection with multiple gunshot wounds to his torso and right arm.
