Much of Colorado will bake under the summer sun Monday as temperatures soar through the upper 90s in the metro area and into the 100s across the plains, triggering a heat advisory from the National Weather Service.that, if the temperature holds, it will set the daily record for warmest minimum temperature, a record set in 1878 at 70 degrees.
