Developer Majestic Realty is planning three more buildings in its 520-acre business park in West Fort Worth.

Majestic Realty is building its Silver Creek Business Park in West Fort Worth.Developers are planning a June start for three more industrial buildings in a huge West Fort Worth business park.is building its 520-acre Silver Creek Business Park on the west side of Loop 820 at Silver Creek Road. Work started last year on the first more than 1 million-square-foot building in the industrial campus that’s one of several North Texas projects for the developer.

Silver Creek Business Park is eventually planned to include 6.5 million square of warehouse and distribution construction. The three buildings Majestic Realty plans to start in June will include another almost 1.1 million square feet, according to planning documents filed with the state. The buildings on West Silver Creek Road will cost more than $75 million and will open in mid-2024.
