Pam Nasr and Gogy Esparza are quintessential New York. The moment the downtown creative couple walk into theoffices, their cinematic chemistry takes over the room. Nasr, a Beirut-native, was named by her father aftercharacter Pam Ewing. There’s not much resemblance: Nasr stands about 5 feet 11 with a curly brown quasi-mullet, a small stud in her nose, and high cheekbones. She dresses like a kid out of. Think gem-encrusted halter tops, zebra-striped minidresses, and retro Afghan coats.

While the two come from different backgrounds—Esparza grew up in an Ecuadorian family in Worcester, Massachusetts; Nasr is Lebanese and grew up between Beirut and Dubai—they have found much common ground in their cultures. “He is Latino, and I am Lebanese,” says Nasr. “We have common things that we appreciate, like family, food, and religion.” Family traditions also play into their respective styles of dress. Nasr, who mashes menswear with high-octane glitz, credits her mother’s influence.

The couple shares closets, typically switching jackets or stealing each other’s button-downs. “We’re each other’s muses. I’ve always felt pretty confident in my style, but Gogy pushes it even further; he inspires me to only dress how I feel in the moment and to never change that for anyone,” says Nasr. As for Esparza, he’s obviously smitten. “She has Pammy-vision. I trust her eye a lot. I also think we dance really well together,” he says. “That’s how you really know.
