A Jersey City man was left bloodied when a neighbor slashed him multiple times with a samurai sword during a dispute Thursday afternoon, authorities said. The 24-year-old victim of the incident on Van Nostrand Avenue suffered wounds to his right hand, chest, left ear and left side of his head, Jersey City spokeswoman Kimberly Wallace-Scalcione said.
