Designed for in-office meditation, it also serves as a solution to help promote workplace wellness. We, of course, have booths available for our employees and encourage everyone to utilize them whenever they need a moment to decompress.

If you’re worried about asking for a mental health day, reach out to your HR manager and talk through the company’s policies. Don’t be afraid to advocate for yourself. As long as you aren’t abusing the policy, no one is going to fault you for taking the time to rest. Be honest about what you need, when you need it. You may find that your employer is more accepting of mental health issues than you thought.
