After thriving at Highlands and Selma Street Elementary Schools during its pilot years, Bright Key, which is now in its third year, was offered to Heard and Morris Slingluff Elementary Schools.
People are also reading… Each Bright Key school needs a devoted resource coordinator to listen to stakeholders, form partnerships within the community, and facilitate programs that stakeholders want for their schools. “I intend to instill in every student that failure is not a rejection but rather a redirection for new opportunities for achieving whatever goals you wish to achieve in life," Saffold said."Betty Jean King once said, ‘Champions keep playing until they get it right.’ I am excited to help shape the educational vision of the future generation."
