A New York investor has quietly taken ownership of a downtown Dallas skyscraper.
Since 2014, the downtown high-rise had been owned by an investment partnership headed by Austin businessman Nate Paul’s World Class Capital Group.Now a buyer affiliated with Manhattan’s Dalan Management has acquired the tower out of bankruptcy, Dallas County records show.Built in 1980, the 717 N. Harwood building has tenants including Omnitracs, Active Network, Hilltop Securities and Reel FX.
