Driver killed in crash off highway in Pine Valley identified [Breaking]
when his pickup overturned on Old Highway 80 in Pine Valley has been identified as a 27-year-old Anaheim resident.
Joseph Williams was headed west when he made “an unsafe turning movement” to the right as the road curved to the left near Buckman Springs Road about 2:20 p.m. on Jan. 26, according to the county Medical Examiner’s Office and California Highway Patrol. Williams’ 2019 white Ford F350 veered off the highway, struck a tree and overturned, CHP Officer Jared Grieshaber said.A passerby spotted the crashed pickup down an embankment and called 911, the Medical Examiner’s Office said.
