Diana Somarriba, 18, a passenger in the 17-year-old boy’s vehicle, died at a local hospital following the late night wreck, the prosecutor’s office said. Dickerson, who was also charged with aggravated assault, was released ahead of further court proceedings, according to the prosecutor.
