Police determined the man made a false report of a shooting in an effort to get a quicker response after running out of gas. If that wasn’t bad enough, troopers noticed the man was drunk and driving on a suspended license. He also had fugitive warrants to boot.The man was arrested for operating while intoxicated and reportedly had a blood alcohol content of 0.16, which is twice the legal limit. He was taken to the Detroit Detention Center and is presumably facing a long list of charges.
