A Dutch phenom on the recruiting trail recently said he plans to check out the UConn and Duke basketball programs, among others, at some point this summer.
Duke basketball interest in Dwayne Aristode dates back to at least last summer. At the time, the budding prospect from the Netherlands, a 6-foot-7, 185-pound forward who has since climbed to No. 19 overall on the 247Sports 2025 Composite and attained five-star status, was gearing up for his first prep campaign in America after deciding to take his talents to Brewster Academy .
"I've kind of got my summer schedule laid out ," Aristode explained. "So, between AAU, I'm gonna definitely start going on a lot of visits now. So, now's the time...I'd say UConn, Duke, Virginia, Xavier; I still have to take an official to UCLA because the last one was unofficial.
