A 21-year-old woman is recovering in the hospital after being shot near an East New York housing development early this morning. via brooklynpaper

According to a Police Department spokesperson, the shooting occurred around 8:32 a.m. on Dec. 1 outside of 11629 Seaview Avenue.

The victim was shot one time in the left leg before being removed from the scene and taken to Brookdale Hospital in stable condition.Police currently do not have any information on the suspect, or the suspect’s motive.
