Meanwhile, the Libertarian candidate, Joseph LeBlanc, 38, is refreshingly open-minded in many of his positions: embracing nuclear and other alternative energy sources, championing veterans’ benefits and improved speed of their care, and looking to decriminalize marijuana. LeBlanc was actually drawn out of the current district’s boundaries, but that hasn’t stopped him from driving all across the area to get to know the diverse constituents there.
