Police say Antoine Richardson, 25, shot and killed Isael Eduardo Rios on Sept. 2 in the parking lot of the Elyria Chronicle-Telegram.
Police say Antoine Richardson, 25, shot and killed Isael Eduardo Rios on Sept. 2 in the parking lot of the Elyria Chronicle-Telegram on East Avenue. Richardson also has been charged with felonious assault.happened just before 2:30 a.m., after three vehicles pulled into the parking lot. It is unclear what led to the shooting.
Chronicle-Telegram employees found Rios after the early morning press run and alerted authorities, according to the newspaper. Rios was pronounced dead at University Hospitals Elyria Medical Center.
