Feb 15, 2023, 7:39pm EST

The Angelo Group, Inc. is the contractor with Jacksonville-based Design Cooperative serving as architect. He approached the couple about a Jacksonville location anchored by Publix. The couple was hesitant until McKinley returned with a pamphlet illustrating a potential build-out that would seat 215 people.

The menu will include a seafood tower, a tartare and possibly a whole fried fish. All menu items will also be available on the casual rooftop setting featuring high top seating.“We’re really excited about the design, which will have a curved bar upon entry that displays oysters,” Cooney said. “You will be able to see the shuckers, and it’s also connected to a cocktail bar. A cool thing about the shopping center is that you can enter the upstairs rooftop without coming into the restaurant.
