We’re not exactly sure where all of fashion’s “rules” came from. Was there a historic ceremony at which Coco Chanel, Anna Wintour, and Billy Porter all chiseled edicts into stone tablets, and our invites somehow got lost in the mail? Whatever the origins of the rules, we’re pretty sure Emma Roberts just broke all of them with her risky leather jacket — and she couldn’t look better.
, and we’re pleased to report she doesn’t seem to have spilled, scratched, or sullied it in any which way. Yes, it’s after Labor Day, but she made the case for the white leather moto as the piece of outerwear we should be reaching for on casual errand runs and self-dates year-round.
