In the decades since, it has changed hands and tenants. A large chunk of the lower level houses various medical operations, including a pediatric urgent care, Veterans Affairs clinics and doula breastfeeding services. With AR’s Entertainment Hub and the Woodlawn Theatre nonprofit, Wonderland officials said it is 89 percent occupied.
City officials said the transaction will provide a new source of revenue for Balcones Heights and give them a say in the mall’s future.
