Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has embarked on a two-day visit to Uzbekistan to attend a regional summit and later heading to the US to attend the 77th session of the UN General Assembly.
Türkiye will be participating at the presidential level for the first time since Ankara obtained dialogue partner status at the SCO in 2012, the statement added.Established in 2001, the eight-member organisation aims to strengthen friendly, good neighbour relations and mutual trust among member states.
