The former city comptroller Scott Stringer has been slapped with a lawsuit by a woman who has publicly accused him of sexual assault, new court papers show.
Jean Kim claims when she was interning on Stringer’s 2001 campaign for public advocate he came onto her during three separate cab rides, and once kissed her, shoving his hands down her pants, according to the Manhattan Supreme Court lawsuit filed Wednesday.
She claims none of the touching was consensual and that she had no romantic interest in Stringer, who was in a relationship with another woman at the time, the suit says.
