CLEVELAND, Ohio - Jakob VanSickle, who has advocated for safer cycling in Cleveland for 10 years as the Executive Director of Bike Cleveland, was almost hit by an RTA bus as he crossed the Detroit-Superior Bridge into Downtown Cleveland.
