FAIRBANKS, Alaska - The Fairbanks Police Department is looking for 29-year-old Bradley West. He is a person of interest in a shooting that occurred Monday afternoon in Fairbanks in the 21st Ave. area.West is considered armed and dangerous. Do not attempt to approach him.
