The grief-stricken family of 11-year-old Kyhara Tay, who was fatally shot in the Bronx, is asking anyone who knows anything to speak up.

"We're talking about an 11-year-old girl with her whole future — her whole family devastated with this loss. At this point, we cannot bring her back," Norka Sanchez, Kyhara's aunt, said. She then ran into a nail salon where she passed out, according to witnesses.said. The passenger on the scooter fired at the man on the street but missed, Assistant Chief Philip Rivera said at a news conference. Instead, the bullet hit Kyhara.
