She was seen on surveillance video about an hour after she left riding her bicycle in the El Sereno neighborhood of Los Angeles. Jeffrey Chao held a news conference after his daughter was found with his attorney thanking the public for their help in finding her. Where the girl was in the week she was missing remained unclear as of Friday. Jeffrey Chao’s attorney, Jose Romero, has told reporters that no foul play was suspected in her disappearance.
