After the court hearing, then it gets referred back to us, and then we will come out and re-inspect," FDNY Chief Fire Marshal Dan Flynn told reporters, adding they received a $1,600 fine."We did do some surveillance recently at the location. We saw that they were not charging the batteries at the time. But they do have many, many batteries, which is also a violation of fire code."
