The main lanes of Highway 288 reopened early Monday after a deadly rollover crash had the freeway shut down for hours, according to the Houston Police Department.
Houston police said three young children, a 7-year-old and two 3-year-olds, were in the car when the driver and a passenger got into a fight.
The passenger grabbed the wheel and the SUV flipped.
