Financier Adam Levinson has sold his 10,000-square-foot Hamptons home for $42 million
Financier Adam Levinson has sold an architecturally significant oceanfront home in the Amagansett area of the Hamptons for $42 million.
He said the property was designed in conjunction with Christoff : Finio Architecture, based in New York City. It is divided into two parts running parallel to the shoreline and connected by a glass-wall bridge. The property includes a privately commissioned piece by artist Jenny Holzer featuring LED installations of scrolling texts that wrap around exterior walls, he added. Inside, the property features polished terrazzo concrete throughout.
