Additionally, mobile banking services will still be available to use on Presidents Day, as will customer service phone numbers. In terms of branches, TD Banks are open on three federal holidays: Presidents Day, Columbus Day and Veterans Day. TD Banks is the only major banking chain that has announced that it will be open on Presidents Day.Other public services could be affected by Presidents Day, such as schools and mail services. However, private businesses like restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores and gyms typically remain open.
Other major holidays that are widely celebrated but are not federal holidays are Valentine's Day, St Patrick's Day, Good Friday, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, and Halloween.
