Parishioners at a Montgomery church had to evacuate the building suddenly when it caught fire Sunday. Around 1pm, five Montgomery Fire and Rescue units responded to reports of smoke and flames in the 500 block of Seibles Road.
Members of the congregation at the multi-story brick frame church were already outside when units arrived, and firefighters were able to eventually bring the three alarm fire under control.
