Sunday will be a pretty nice day across San Diego County. Yes, there will be some marine layer clouds around in the morning, but we'll see some sun in the afternoon. The farther you are from the coast, the more sun you'll see! Highs will mostly be a mix of 70s and 80s. Enjoy the weather Sunday ... because we're about to really heat things up.
If you're heading to the beach on Sunday, be aware that the rip current risk is high and waves will be up in the 3 to 7 foot range. A Beach Hazard Statement is in effect through 7 PM Sunday.
