A Florida judge granted Bob Saget’s family a temporary injunction Wednesday to block the release of photos and records connected to the investigation of his fatal head injury.

Orange County Circuit Court Judge Vincent Chiu agreed to temporarily halt the release of the documents, writing the court needed time to weigh the family’s “legitimate privacy interest against the public’s claim for disclosure.” “Plaintiffs will suffer irreparable harm in the form of severe mental pain, anguish and emotional distress if the requested temporary injunction is not granted,” Chiu wrote, according to court documents.Bob Saget acted in the wildly famous television sitcom “Full House.”Judge Vincent Chiu agreed to temporarily halt the release of documents pertaining to Saget’s death.The order was to remain in effect until a future court decision on the lawsuit.
