Tyler Crevasse, 33, has been arrested for cruelty to animals and domestic battery."[Crevasse] advised where he buried the dog, and it [the dog's remains] was later found in the area where [Crevasse] advised it was located," police said, adding that Crevasse"kept laughing" when talking about the dog.
