Fairhope celebrated the 34th Annual Earth Day Mobile at Fairhope Pier Park. The free program featured live music from local artists and hands-on learning. Children and adults were able to view specimens displayed by the Dauphin Island Sea Lab.Keep Mobile Beautiful. Among the other groups present Saturday was the Mobile Rock & Gem Society, which gave away some of its products and free rocks.
Evelyn De Angelo, project coordinator for Love Your Community, said, “Love Your Community is a great program because it involves volunteers from across the county who help pick up litter all year long.
