Located in Cherry Hills Village, Colo., an affluent city bordering Denver, the property is on roughly 4 acres. It was on and off the market for several years, first asking $22 million in 2016, according to Zillow. The sale is the most expensive for a single-family home in the metro-Denver area, said listing agent Sandy Weigand of Kentwood Real Estate, an affiliate of Berkshire Hathaway’s HomeServices of America.
