CARMEL — On Wednesday afternoon, Matt Rider is giving a customer a haircut inside Cuts on College Barbershop.Right next door to him is Versed Skateboard Shop owned by Aaron Vaughn.
"It was centrally located for all our customers. There were awesome businesses in that park," said Rider."They made one effort in trying to help us find a new space, but that space was not really feasible in the amount of time we had to leave, and that space would be up and running," said Vaughn. But Mestetsky says work has been done to get the land ready and the project is almost ready to begin.
