Former Katy ISD football coach charged with improper relationship, indecency with students

Teagle is accused of starting an inappropriate relationship with a 15-year-old student in late August and early September, according to the criminal complaint.
The day after the girl complained, three more female students came forward to say that Teagle had touched them inappropriately on their hips and thighs. They also said he made inappropriate comments, including saying that he would like to date them, according to the complaint.
