Donald Trump appears likely to have his first mug shot taken if he is indicted in Georgia. Fulton County Sheriff Pat Labat said that if Trump is indicted by Fulton County's DA, as is widely expected, he will be subject to 'normal practices.'
Fulton County, Georgia, Sheriff Pat Labat said at a press conference on Tuesday that if the former president is indicted by Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis, as is widely expected to happen in the coming weeks, he will be subject to"normal practices."“Unless somebody tells me differently, we are following our normal practices, and so it doesn’t matter your status. We’ll have a mug shot ready for you,” Labat said.
"Again, we'll follow our normal practices, and those that take [a] mug shot will be [subject] to open records requests, like everyone else," Labat said.
