Geno Smith, who was cleared of DUI charges stemming from a January 2022 incident on Thursday, appeared to argue with police that he couldn’t fit into a cop car during his arrest, video showed.
It was then revealed that Smith had a BAC of .038, below the legal limit of .08, and that he also had a THC concentration of 2.6, below the legal limit of 5.first reported by TMZ“I can’t fit in here. I don’t know what you want me to tell you, I’m [6 foot 4],” Smith said in the video. “If y’all can’t get a car that can fit me, I don’t know understand what y’all telling me.
Smith, 32, who reached his first Pro Bowl last season after throwing a franchise record 4,282 passing yards, along with 30 touchdowns to 11 interceptions, was pulled over in January of 2022 when police accused him of driving erratically and switching lanes without signaling, police claimed, according to TMZ.Geno Smith was cleared of any wrongdoing in the incident.
