JUST IN: The House Jan. 6 committee is interviewing Ginni Thomas, wife of Supreme Court Justice Thomas, two sources familiar with the plans say.

The interview was scheduled to begin around 9:30 a.m. NBC News cameras outside the O’Neill House official building captured Thomas as she arrived at the Capitol.with Thomas to be interviewed. Emails, records and reporting indicate that Thomas was involved in some aspects of a scheme involving “fake electors” after the 2020 election and was also in touch with Trump lawyer John Eastman about his strategies to overturn the election results.Haley Talbot is an associate producer in the NBC News Washington bureau.
