A federal jury found David Earl Boyd, 64, guilty of two counts of producing child pornography, one count of possession of child pornography and one count of penalties for registered sex offenders in February following 45 minutes of deliberation. He was sentenced by a judge Wednesday, according to the U.S. attorney’s office for the Northern District of Texas.Evidence presented at trial showed that Boyd took sexually explicit images of two young children, the U.S. attorney’s office said.
