A witness to the shooting told the detective that the gunman had gotten into a fight with Rodgers days earlier, and Rodgers had stolen a bag of marijuana from him, the affidavit says.Additional footage shows the gunman get into a white Audi SUV parked at a nearby storage facility, then drive off. A license-plate camera near the gas station recorded the plate of a white Audi registered to Taylor minutes before the shooting, the affidavit says.
Police said officers found a gun near the vehicle that matched the weapon seen in footage of the shooting.
