An arrest warrant has been issued by Harrisburg Police in connection to a homicide and subsequent hit-and-run that occurred earlier this year in September.Short
Shortly after 2 AM on Sept. 3, local authorities responded to North 6 and Radnor Street after reports of a pedestrian being struck and lying in the road.
When police arrived, the male victim was pronounced deceased. Further investigations revealed that the victim was assaulted and laid unconscious in the street prior to being struck by a passing vehicle. Investigators claim that they have identified the assailant to be 31-year-old Donte Pickens.
