Harrisburg Police swiftly responded to the report, using drones and a search team to locate the alleged individual. Police say that these reports of someone jumping into the river are currently unconfirmed, as well as the location of the report itself being from Pine and Front St. The department stated that unclear water visibility and high river tides attributed to their difficulty investigating the early morning report.Stay Connected
