Owners of iPhones, iPads and Macs are advised to update software to fix a software issue that could allow attackers to take complete control of the devices. The updates address two vulnerabilities that could lead to “arbitrary code execution.” 🍎

The update includes all models of iPhone 6s and later, iPad Pros, iPad Air 2 and later, iPad 5th generation and later, iPad mini 4 and later, and seventh generation iPod touch. Apple said it is “aware of a report that this issue may have been actively exploited.” The company did not detail has the flaw was discovered or additional information as to how it has been used.
