A man is accused of using a woman's name to solicit and pay his half-sister's underage friends for nude pictures. Police say it went on until he made a mistake.
by LENNY COHEN | The National DeskMarvin Wagner III was charged with 2 counts of obscene communication to lure and solicit a minor, and sexual performance by a child, March 20, 2024. A Florida man is accused of spending a year "utilizing CashApp to solicit nude images of juveniles via SnapChat."
“They confirmed the funds were sent through CashApp but they declined the offer and never left any clothing to be retrieved.”During a request on that date, the two victims “noticed ‘Karla’ had a username of ‘Marvin Wagner’ and immediately knew who that was, as they were friends with Wagner's . But when the investigator asked Wagner “if he had any concerns” about a subpoena for information from CashApp and his bank, “Wagner asked to speak with his attorney.”
