Health care is one of the leading issues among South Carolina Democratic voters, according to a survey by the Associated Press

finds that health care was the leading issue among South Carolina's Democratic voters, with about four in 10 calling it most important. That was followed by the economy, at 22%, and climate change at 14%. The AP said Democrats in Iowa and New Hampshire put greater emphasis on climate change and less importance on the economy.

The AP VoteCast surveyed more than 1,400 voters in South Carolina’s Democratic primary and was conducted for seven days, concluding as polls closed.
