Heights medical office building undergoing renovations lands clinic as tenant
A New York-based investor has acquired Northeast Market Place, a 93,700-square-foot retail center at 10660 Eastex Freeway. NewQuest Properties brokered the transaction., a provider of raw coffee processing services, leased a 258,450-square-foot warehouse on 10.5 acres at 1211 Kress, east of downtown Houston. Beau Kaleel of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, Merfish Realty. Zack Taylor of Colliers represented the tenant.
acquired the 6,686-square-foot Dairy Ashford Shopping at 865 Dairy Ashford Road. Dakota Workman, David Luther and Thomas Turner of NewQuest Properties represented the seller, Kimberley Street Inc., a New York-based 1031 exchange investor, acquired the 93,700-square-foot Northeast Market Place at 10660 Eastex Freeway. David Luther of NewQuest Properties represented the seller, Rosenbach Nemp. Dakota Workman and Thomas Turner, also of NewQuest, represented the buyer.
