Week 5 of the college football season is in the books. And even though it’s early, a few players saw their stocks rise in the Heisman Trophy conversation — and others saw their stock fall.
Last year was my first as a Heisman voter, and I’m slated to do it again in 2024. After each weekend of games, I’ll be tracking who’s contending for the most coveted trophy in the sport.Starring in the game of the year will make you the Heisman favorite. Milroe was incredible in Alabama’s 41-34 win over Georgia, throwing for 374 yards, rushing for 117 yards and accounting for four touchdowns. Milroe is more polished and deadly in Kalen DeBoer’s offense.
